scaloppine

Milano, beautiful day excellent company.

So we did a fun light dish. Called Scaloppine.

What do you need to make it?
- chicken, beef or pork "stake"
-onion
- flour
- butter
- garlic, salt and pepper
-white wine

So pot on the butter in a pot but keep the temperature low, cut the onion and add into it. (if you cook for two a half onion is enough and two table spoon of butter). After you have put some salt on the meat turn them in flower. make sure that it sticks to both of their sides. Put the meat into the pot when the onion is see trough, and start roasting it. Add some pepper and garlic to it, so it will have better taste and few drip of white wine. Cover it, turn it after 4-5 minutes, so both sides will be fried, than it is done.

You can also make it with beer if you prefer bitter taste or with lemon for Scaloppine al limone. Its floury cover gives the meat an interesting structure, still it is yammeee... i loved it.
